Compliance Regulatory

All PEPC personnel are required to report through the Compliance Online System. This is done to meet the BoundaryKPI GCG, which consists of:

1. Gratification reporting (done every month).
2. COC reporting (done once a year).
3. COI reporting (done once a year).
4. LHKPN reporting (done every 2 years or upon transfer).
5. GCG socialization.

The above matters are regulated in the Guidelines for Submitting Reports on Compliance Programs through the Compliance Online System of PT Pertamina (Persero), which has also been ratified by PT Pertamina EP Cepu.
