Anti-Corruption Policy

In realizing PEPC East Indonesia Region with integrity and free from bribery and fraud practices in every operational and business activity, PEPC East Indonesia Region implements an Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) and complies with applicable laws and regulations, as well as Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles. The entity PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) has implemented the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) and obtained the ISO 37001:2016 SMAP certificate on December 23, 2019, and successfully maintained the certificate in the ISO 37001:2016 SMAP recertification in October 2022.

The scope of the ISO 37001:2016 SMAP certification in the East Indonesia Region covers the PEPC entity, specifically the Head Office Function and Zone 12, while the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System is applied in Zone 11, Zone 13, and Zone 14. With the certification and implementation of SMAP, it demonstrates the commitment of all Management, Employees, and Partners in conducting the Company's business processes, prioritizing work ethics, GCG, and the spirit of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Fraud.
