JAKARTA – PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu) again held a socialization of the Work System (STK) in the Banyu Urip-Jambaran room, Patra Jasa Building, Jakarta, on (7/25/2018). The resource persons on this occasion were the Strategic Planning function with speakers Nina Karina and Kenny Revana along with the Strategic Planning Manager Gusnida. The event was attended by Adi FM Ringoringo as Risk & Quality Management (R & QM) Manager, Kunadi as PGA & Relations Manager, management team, and other PT Pertamina EP Cepu workers.
On the occasion, Gusnida explained about 10 STKs that had been prepared by the Strategic Planning function. Namely, two guidelines, five organizational work procedures (TKO), and three individual work procedures (TKI). “However, on this occasion, we will socialize the three STKs which are the basis for the company’s business goals and performance, namely TKO regarding the Preparation of PT Pertamina EP Cepu RJPP, TKO for Preparation of PT Pertamina EP Cepu RKAP, and TKO for Performance Preparation (Management Contract & KPI),” he explained.
According to Gusnida, the three TKOs are basically related to each other. “The RJPP is a reference in the preparation of the RKAP. Furthermore, the annual RKAP that has been ratified will be used as the basis for reference for the company’s KPI targets,” he added.
Meanwhile, Nina Karina explained that in the preparation of RJPP and RKAP it is necessary to pay attention to changes in the business environment, which consist of external and internal factors. “Examples of external factors are oil price fluctuations, rapid development of digital technology, consumer demand, political dynamics, and obstacles in the licensing process. While examples of internal factors include: HSSE performance, cost efficiency in all lines, subsurface assessment, success rate of exploration drilling and optimization of drilling costs, aging facilities, and empowering the maximum possible workforce,” he explained. In addition, of course, also consider the shareholder’s aspiration next year which refers to the aspirations of the previous year and the current year.
Furthermore, Kenny Revana explained about Performance Preparation (Management Contract & KPI). “The Performance Management System (PMS) is designed, structured, and implemented to form a strong and sustainable performance culture at PT Pertamina EP Cepu. The PMS cycle is principally aimed at ensuring the achievement of company goals and priorities, as well as a forum for employee development to achieve their best performance,” said Kenny.
The event was closed with a question and answer session and discussion between the resource persons and participants who attended the socialization.
