PT Pertamina EP Cepu made its best achievement in 2019

PT Pertamina EP Cepu recorded its best achievement throughout 2019. Starting with PT Pertamina EP Cepu which again became the largest profit contributor in Pertamina’s Subsidiaries with a value of USD 849.5 million of total revenue of USD 1,803.96 million. Where the achievement of PT Pertamina EP Cepu’s profit in 2019 increased by 0.75% from the achievement of profit in 2018 which was valued at USD 843.1 million.

In addition to posting the largest profit from the realization of PT Pertamina EP Cepu production in 2019, the Banyu Urip Field was recorded to be able to achieve lifting realization of up to 102% of the target. The Banyu Urip field, which accounts for more than 25% of national oil production, has exceeded the 2019 production target with an average production of 217.6 MBOPD.

For the Kedung Keris Field, which was on stream on November 22, 2019, it also contributed an additional 5,000 BOPD of national oil production which could be increased to 10,000 BOPD at peak production. While the overall progress of the JTB project itself at the end of 2019 has reached 50.05% (from the aspect of Land Acquisition, Early Civil Works, EPC Gas Processing Facilities and Drilling).

The achievement of HSSE Performance in 2019 with the acquisition of 7,082,275 safe working hours has brought PT Pertamina EP Cepu to win the Zero Accident Health and Safety (K3) award from the Governor of East Java and the 3rd Place HSSE Performance at the SKK Migas K3LL Award event. This achievement shows the commitment of PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu) to always prioritize aspects of HSSE Excellence in completing JTB projects as always conveyed by the President Director of PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu), Jamsaton Nababan, that the left hand is HSSE and the right hand is risk management. .

Mrs. Nicke Widyawati, as the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) was also present to receive the award.”

Adding to the series of achievements made by PT Pertamina EP Cepu throughout 2019, PT Pertamina EP Cepu received the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) Certificate from the TUV Nord Indonesia Certification Body. This ISO 37001:2016 certificate is an additional achievement for PT Pertamina EP Cepu as the First Business Entity in Pertamina to get it. And according to Jamsaton, as an effort to achieve the Vision of becoming a World Class National Oil and Gas Company, PT Pertamina EP Cepu will carry out ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications in 2020.

In addition to good operational performance, PT Pertamina EP Cepu also carried out community empowerment activities through the Layer Cultivation Program which succeeded in bringing PT Pertamina EP Cepu into The Best Implementation of Community Involvement & Development (CID) – Green Category at the 2019 Annual Pertamina Subsidiary Award. also won Best Upstream – EBITDA Growth and Best Upstream – Company’s Soundness Level.

Jamsaton Nababan is optimistic that in 2020 PT Pertamina EP Cepu will work better, he is also confident that PT Pertamina EP Cepu workers can achieve better performance targets.
