Pertamina EP Cepu Hands Over Work Assistance for Entrepreneurs Training Participants

BOJONEGORO – After initiating Entrepreneurship Training for the people of Bojonegoro and its surroundings, Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu) handed over work tools assistance to training participants who passed, on (6/12/2018). Namely, 20 participants of the Catering Training, 20 participants of the Dressing and 16 Workshops or Motor Mechanics Training.

Their graduation was accompanied by the delivery of work tools in the form of mixers, stoves, blenders, ovens, digital scales, baking sheets and pans for cooking. Mechanics obtained a swan compressor, cutting welding blender, CVT treker and wrench, shock wrench, Trekiro Iron Box, Tekiro Impact Screwdriver, Tekiro Ring Wrench, and Crocodile Pliers. The Fashion Design received assistance from sewing machines, overlock machines, machine table legs, sewing scissors to carbon.

“For participants who have graduated, get a graduation certificate from UPT PK also get a Certification Certificate from the National Professional Certification Agency. The aim of the training is to reduce unemployment. We hope that participants can develop the results of this 20-day training.” Head of the UPT PK Training Division Bojonegoro Takhiyat.

PT Pertamina EP Cepu Community Relations & CSR Edi Arto stated, this training activity aims to develop every community around the operational area capable of growing and developing together in line with the implementation of the Jambaran-Tiung Biru (JTB) Gas Field project activities.

“We hope that this training will equip each participant with knowledge that provides more benefits,” said Edi Arto.

Joko Santoso as the Representative of the Bojonegoro Disperinaker appreciates PT Pertamina EP Cepu’s efforts to take part in creating jobs, especially entrepreneurship for the people of Bojonegoro.

“It’s not just that all Bojonegoro people have to work in the JTB project. With this training, it opens up opportunities for job creation.” Joko added.

One of the training participants, Abdurohman Al Azizi, was very happy to be able to pass the training and get entrepreneurial equipment from PT Pertamina EP Cepu. Moreover, he was named the best graduate.

“Initially I only sold food with friends, then there was this training. It felt really good, thank God I became the best graduate. Hopefully my dream of realizing a catering business can be achieved soon.” Said Abdurohman Al Azizi, from Talok Village.

The Entrepreneurship Training was attended by people from Pelem Village, Dolokgede, Talok, Ngrejeng, Ngasem, Bandungrejo.
