BOJONEGORO – Commemorating National Press Day 2019, PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu) establishes synergy through a tree planting event with the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) Bojonegoro at Wana Wisata Grogolan on Saturday, February 23, 2019. No less than 500 fruit-type tree seedlings fruit and tamarind were planted in the event initiated by PWI Bojonegoro.
Present at the event were Bojonegoro Regent Anna Mu’awanah Bakorwil, Dandim, Bojonegoro Police, Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu), and Chairman of PWI Bojonegoro, Sasmito Anggoro. Previously, PT Pertamina EP Cepu had started its support in the commemoration of National Press Day by organizing a PWI Journalism Workshop with the Indonesian Cyber Media Association (AMSI) and the Indonesian Cyber Media Union (SMSI).
“Every year, PT Pertamina EP Cepu always participates in organizing the PWI National Press Day series as a form of our appreciation for the progress of the press, especially in the Bojonegoro area,” said Kunadi, JTB Site Office & PGA Manager of PT Pertamina EP Cepu.
“We are optimistic that press personnel, especially in the Bojonegoro area, can continue to increase their role and professionalism in making educational journalistic products for the community,” added Kunadi.
