Jakarta – PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu) as the operator of the Jambaran – Tiung Biru (JTB) Gas Field Unitization Project confirmed its commitment to fulfill the Domestic Content Level (TKDN) (9/11).
As one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN), the JTB Project is expected to be able to increase the realization of TKDN both at the national and operational levels.
In his presentation, Jamsaton Nababan has always been the President Director of PT Pertamina EP Cepu, providing an overview of the development of the US$1.547 billion Project, which is currently entering the construction stage. The EPC Gas Processing Facility (GPF) is designed with a capacity of 330 MMSCFD, targeted for completion in Q2 2021. The JTB project was originally designed to generate gas sales of 172 MMSCFD and after engineering optimization is expected to generate gas sales of 192 MMSCFD so as to increase state revenue. .
The commitment to fulfill TKDN was clearly explained by Jamsaton Nababan, President Director of PT Pertamina EP Cepu and Yanuar Budinorman, Director of PT Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) as Lead Consortium of Rekind-JGC Indonesia-JGC Corporation (RJJ) in carrying out EPC GPF JTB work. Yanuar, conveyed his commitment to encourage and provide opportunities for local and national contractors to participate in the process of procuring goods and services as long as they meet administrative aspects, technical competence, competitive prices and delivery.
Yanuar, also said that in implementing the JTB Gas Project, it really feels ONE TEAM or ONE BOAT with related parties so that it can increase confidence to be able to complete the JTB Gas Project according to the agreed target.
Specifically for the EPC GPF project, PT Pertamina EP Cepu is committed to continuously monitoring so that a minimum TKDN value of 40.03% can be achieved by the RJJ Contractor. With testimonials from several vendors, both domestic producers, national and local providers of goods and services, it is increasingly convincing that the realization of TKDN will exceed the minimum target and for other supporting work outside the EPC GPF, efforts are made to maximize the realization of TKDN.
Jamsaton, also said that the cumulative contract value from 2015 to October 2018 excluding the EPC GPF and Drilling contracts carried out by the Bojonegoro Local Contractors was Rp. 137 billion which directly affected the economy of the people of Bojonegoro and will increase with the development of project implementation. this.
PT Pertamina EP Cepu’s high commitment is also shown by the synergy of community empowerment efforts, especially in 4 sub-districts in Bojonegoro, namely Ngasem, Tambakrejo, Purwosari and Gayam. Various community development programs in the fields of education, health, community economic empowerment and the environment have been implemented to support community development in Bojonegoro in a sustainable manner.
