Jakarta (10/08) – PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PT Pertamina EP Cepu) again made a proud achievement, namely the first best company in assessing the performance of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Group II Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) from SKK Migas for the 2018 financial year.
The assessment of the company’s management performance was carried out by SKK Migas on 49 KKKS throughout Indonesia which were divided into 3 groups. KPI assessment includes 2 aspects, namely Quantitative and Qualitative. The quantitative aspects consist of four things, namely aspects of compliance with the PSC supply chain management guidelines and related guidelines as well as applicable laws and regulations, cost efficiency, efficiency and optimization of asset utilization; and aspects of the use of domestic production and competence. Meanwhile, the qualitative assessment measures organizational behavior or supply chain management functions in KKKS.
“This achievement is an achievement that we should be grateful for, the work of all PT Pertamina EP Cepu workers who are supported by all partners,” said PT Pertamina EP Cepu President Director, Awang Blueuardi in Jakarta on Monday (10/08). On the same occasion, PT Pertamina EP Cepu VP SCM, Fransjono Lazarus added, “This achievement was achieved with the involvement and cooperation of all functions in PT Pertamina EP Cepu, and it is hoped that this achievement can be maintained in the future”.
This achievement is an effort to achieve the vision of becoming a World Class National Oil and Gas Company. PT Pertamina EP Cepu has managed the company by implementing ISO-9001:2015 on Quality Management System and ISO 37001 on Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP). And in 2020 PT Pertamina EP Cepu will also carry out ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.
PT Pertamina EP Cepu’s success in making the capital expenditure (capex) efficiency of the JTB Project around US$ 653 million to US$ 1.547 billion from the original US$ 2.2 billion, the commitment to fulfill the Domestic Content Level (TKDN) of at least 40.03%, as well as other strategies other strategies in the management of the JTB Project must also be an important value in this performance assessment.
“This achievement is proof of PT Pertamina EP Cepu’s commitment as the operator of the JTB Project in carrying out the state’s mandate, completing this National Strategic Project for on-stream in 2021. Hopefully this achievement will inspire all PT Pertamina EP Cepu people to continue to strive for better in the future,” explained Awang Lazuardi.
