Several Occupational Health activities are outlined in the Excellent Health program carried out at PEPC Regional 4, namely:
Fit To Work and Fit To Task:
Fit To Work (FTW)and Fit To Task (FTT)are a series of efforts to ensure workers and partners who work in the operational environment of PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) are always in a fit condition so that work productivity is optimal and prevents work accidents, disability. and death at work.
Things to do:
- Reviewing the results of pre-employment/periodic Medical Check Up (MCU)
- Doing Fit to Task / Daily Check Up (DCU) every day for jobs with high risk categories
- Periodic reviewof the Fit To Workand Fit To Task System
- Carry out a Fit to Work assessment in each WK/Zone
- Prepare supporting components for the implementation of Fit To Work and Fit To Task
- Socialization & Awareness of STK Fit To Work and Fit To Task as well as Fit to Work assessment to all stakeholders
- Integration of Fit To Work and Fit To Taskinto HSE Passportand Access Control System
Target:
- Implement and monitor the implementation of STK Fit To Work and Fit To Taskconsistently, with a minimum achievement of 90% of the total employees (PEPC and Work Partners) at the end of the year.

Wellness Our Way (WOW) Plus:
Wellness Our Way (WOW) Plusis an effort to encourage workers, partners and families to adopt healthy lifestyle habits so that they can reduce disease risk factors, improve quality of life and optimize work productivity.
Things to do:
- Carry out health promotion activities on a regular basis
- Create a fitness program.
- Regular reviewof the Wellness Our Way (WOW) PlusWork System (STK)
- Prepare supporting components for the implementation of Wellness Our Way (WOW) Plus
- Socialize and communicate to all personnel / interested parties
- Integrate with Medical Check Up follow-up programs, HSEPassportand Access Control System
Target:
- Implement and monitor the implementation of STK Wellness Our Way (WOW) Plusconsistently, with a minimum of 90% of the total workforce (PEPC and Partners) at the end of the year.
Hygienist Catering:
Hygienist Catering is an effort to prevent death, prevent disability and disease in operational medical emergencies, especially as a result of cateringmanagement, it is deemed necessary to ensure cleanliness, health and the appropriateness of cateringmanagement (food ingredients, kitchen facilities, food storage & presentation, menus).
Things to do:
- Standard hygiene catering training for Camp Boss and Food Handlers.
- Inspecting the cleanliness and health of food storage & serving areas before, during and after surgery.
- Checking MCU certificates and competency of Food Handler personnel.
Target:
- Inspections are carried out 100% according to a predetermined schedule.
- There are no major findings related to catering, for example out breaks/ extraordinary events of food poisoning (defined in the checklist)
Drug & Alcohol Test:
Drug & Alcohol Test (Implementation of Alcohol & Drugs Examination) is an effort to prevent the misuse of alcohol and illegal drugs by workers and partners so that it is deemed necessary to ensure workworthiness that is free from drug abuse in workers and partners who will work in the Operational work environment. PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) Regional 4.
Things to do:
- Periodic reviewof the Drug & Alcohol Test Work System (STK) (Implementation of Alcohol & Forbidden Drugs)
- Prepare supporting components for Drug & Alcohol Testimplementation
- Dissemination & Awarenessof Drug& Alcohol test to all interested parties
- Ensuring that Drug& Alcohol tests have been carried out properly and correctly in all Work Areas, Zones and Regionals
Target:
- Implement and monitor the implementation of STK Drug& Alcoholtestconsistently, with a minimum of 50% of the total employees (PEPC and Work Partners) at the end of the year.
Medical Emergency Responses Plan (MERP):
Medical Emergency Responses & Plans (MERP) are allactions that need to be taken in line with preventing, anticipating, overcoming, and recovering emergency conditions. The management of this response includes the preparedness of the Emergency Response Team, the provision and maintenance of reliable equipment.
Things to do:
- Periodic reviewof the Work System (STK) Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP) & MERP.
- Prepare supporting components for the implementation of the EmergencyPreparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP) & MERP
- Socialization & Awareness of STK Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP) & MERP to all interested parties
- Integrating STK below it, such as the Medical Emergency Response Plan, and similar STKs in the EmergencyPreparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP)
- Ensure that all Regional Work Zones and Areas 4 have good and adequate EP&RP and MERP.
Target:
- Implement and monitor the implementation of STK Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP) consistently, with a minimum of 75% of the total Zones and Work Areas regional 4 having an EP&RP by the end of 2021.
- Carrying out MERRAT audits properly and continuously, at least 75% of the total regional work Zone and Area 4 have reached EP&RP and MERP by the end of 2021.
Verification:
- STK Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP) and MERP are implemented and measured.
- Quarterlyreports related to the preparedness of the Emergency Response Team, provision and maintenance of equipment, including the implementation of Emergency drills.
- Yearly report MERRAT (Medical Emergency Readiness and Response Assessment Tool)
