PEPC conducts a Customer Satisfaction Survey which aims to measure/survey customer satisfaction & engagement where this is PEPC’s effort to synergize and optimize the activities of the communication management process to customers effectively and proactively, by involving related parties/Functions (ie. ISC, Refinery Unit, Pertamina Upstream Corporate, SKK Migas, EMCL and BKS) primarily in ensuring the fulfillment of lifting commitments as stipulated in the Banyu Urip Crude Oil Sale and Purchase Agreement (PJBM) dated July 1, 2015 and its amendments on January 2, 2018.
