Security PT Pertamina EP Cepu is part of the HSSE Function (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) which acts as the person in charge of the Company’s security with the main task of carrying out order and security of company assets consisting of personnel, material/equipment, operational activities of the company and documents/data as well as information in the company’s work area with regulating, guarding, escorting and patrolling activities with preemptive, preventive and repressive efforts through open security methods and closed security as well as collaborating with police and TNI security stakeholders to ensure the company’s business conditions and processes are safe and smooth. and conducive without the occurrence of significant security disturbances.

PT Pertamina EP Cepu seeks to accelerate the improvement of HSSE culture with a humanist approach through the SEP program. SEP or Safety Enhancement Program is a program to increase knowledge and motivation of Safety which is voluntary in nature where every employee is moved to understand safety awareness from a non-technical side.

In order to ensure that all workers who will be active in the company area are healthy and fit, PT. Pertamina EP Cepu consistently carries out the PDCU Plus and WOW Plus programs. The PDCU Plus and WOW Plus programs are health programs that emphasize regular, direct check-ups by health workers before workers start their work to ensure the worker’s fitness status at that time. this program is also a follow-up based on the results of the employee’s MCU.
